Aditya L 1

Aditya L 1 is India's first mission to study sun and it's an 400kg class sapacecraft. The Aditya L 1 missions was conceptualised in January 2008. The space craft will be place into a halo orbit around the L 1 point (approximately 1.5 million km from earth). It is built in collaboration between the Indian space Research Organization and other Indian space Research institutes.
